Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Orders are usually ready for dispatch within 2-3 working days (longer for personalised orders). Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.
If First Class Royal Mail Delivery is selected you will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the prices for the goods you purchase.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We accept requests for replacement products for goods sold on our Site if the product arrives damaged.
To qualify for a replacement product, you will need to send photographs of the damaged product(s) and proof of purchase. You will also need to return the product. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once the item is received, you will be sent a replacement product (at no extra cost to you, apart from the cost to return your original item). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
